Mark DeLuzio is a Lean pioneer who teaches leaders how to ask the questions that will cause their team to produce answers. Mark was the  principal architect of the Danaher Business System, has run a top global Lean consulting firm, Lean Horizons, since 2001, serves on the Board of Hillenbrand, and is a managing partner in the new private equity firm, Coltala Group. Owing to his winning record of transforming companies, he knows how to help organizations think differently about how to optimize their approach system-wide and create a Lean culture. Mark is the author of Turn Waste into Wealth and the upcoming book, Flatlined: Why Companies Fail at Lean. He was also inducted as a life member the Shingo Prize Academy and is a proud Gold Star Father.
